That Computer Shop

Absolute legends and professionals ! After my desktop died, they responded super fast and quickly gave me the results (I needed it for work quite fast). Realising that it was a 'real death' they manage to put together a new beast in record time (they did a bit of overtime for me) and with the exact components I was asking for. Great work, great people and excellent service ! Highly recommended anytime !

First time- saw ?owner/boss, service & advice good, backed up to desktop for me. :) There was a residual issue (I was warned of the possibility, so ok). Informative, professional. 5 starsSecond time to fix residual issue- saw part time employee, off hand and not overly interested in talking to customer, initially tried to charge $ for finishing original job (though this was sorted out after a bit of mucking around, it wasn't pleasant to be implied I was grubbing for a freebie when service was prearranged). Backup file was overwritten when computer returned :(3 stars since while it wasn't pleasant, and data was unnessicerily lost, the computer was in fact fixed satisfactorily.Third time, a few weeks ago- saw ?new person, or new to me, too busy being the expert" to hear the problem I was trying to enquire about. Never got an answer about when I could bring it in

Very disappointed with the diagnostic service. The technician accepted the job and took payment knowing that he didn't have the right spares to conduct the test. Upon 'completion' he was more busy with trying to sell me a new computer than telling me what was broken. After a significant effort to get some info out of him, he told me he 'thought' it was the motherboard. There was no written evidence of any components being tested. The diagnosis was wrong because upon exchanging the motherboard the system still behaves as it did before. I hope the owner will own up to this and provide some proper diagnosis for the money I have already paid.

Great experience, exceptional customer service. The first time they were able to fix my husband working laptop where others had failed. The second time they gave me a lot of useful advices and helped me recover couple of mobile phones.I highly recommend them.

We have been using WAIT & That Computer Shop for years. Highly recommended. Nathan and his team are very knowledgeable and do a fantastic job.

I got a new Water cooler from them, they said it supported a certain socket my computer uses (am3+) aswell as the box stating that. but it had no mounting socket for it. turns out i got sold a second hand Cooler with somebody taking the bracket out. thanks guys :)
