Just went here for the first time today and had the most AMAZING experience with Toni! I have ADHD and tend to get really overwhelmed and stressed out when I go to get my nails done but she created the most amazing safe space for me as a customer. She was so gentle, kind and knowledgable. I can not recommend this place or Toni enough! I will absolutely be back. Thank you so much Toni!

Booked in for a haircut on a tuesday morning, and was welcomed to a chair covered in freshly cut, dramp bits of old hair all over the floor, chair and mirror. Whilst sitting in this chair, a staff member wiped a broom under my feet to clean it up. Not the best first impression. I was then told that the person who took my booking just wrote 'cut' under my name. What's the point in going or even paying for the experience if it's just for a 'cut'. Worth noting that I have long, thick hair so it's a hairdressers dream, and my worst nightmare to be an experiment. Not going back.

Lovely and kind staffs. Though they all look very young, they were efficient and gave attention and care to my hair throughout the process from coloring to washing to drying. Looking forward to visit again for other services. Keep up with the great effort and service!
