Absolutely love doing the occasional shop here, fantastic range of small goods and cheeses.The bread is beautiful especially the onion & Parmesan sourdough.Every pasta known to Italy and then some and it’s all quality product.Service is impeccable and all the staff are friendly and very helpful.So much more than what I have chosen to list so if you have not ever been here you should, never know what culinary delight you might find.

Very disappointing to get Raclette cheese that isn't cut and prepared. The cheese we got was a wedge shape, making it extremely difficult to cut nice square pieces without wasting any.

Whilst the produce is good, I was in the shop a couple of days ago and was gobsmacked to see the staff handling all the meat and the slicing of it without gloves!! I mean, is this not a health issue? The staff serving was taking the meat sliced off the slicer, using their naked hands, placing it on the weighing scales and then picking up other meats to slice, etc. with their naked hands.What if they had a cold and were sniffing on their naked hands and then handling the meat? Goodness gratious!!! The health and safety regulators better take a note of my review. I will not be going back until they fix their hygiene.

From the outside shop looks rather small and...... it is small indeed! However, fully packed with the best quality goods from Italy and other countries. I love hand made to order sandwiches with selection of meats and cheeses. Yuuuum!!!

Loved the wide range of imported Italian foods at this store. My wife - who is Italian - loved the choice of things she misses from home, prices were very reasonable as well. Staff friendly and helpful.

Came into the store already having a awful morning only to be greeted by a clearly new and untrained staff member who couldn't even say hello they then proceeded to talk about her boyfriend for what felt like one hour after I mentioned the recent passing of my husband due to a terminal illness she couldn't help her self but to giggle I was so shocked that I should have asked for the manager but had my own problems to deal with luckily the ham and cheese sandwiches I indulged on after six months of strict dieting was up there with local competitor I especially liked the attractive price range this alone managed to grasp the two star rating.
