Hi NickHad really good experience - I think around 4 or 5 operators responded. The first 2 were very quick and comprehensive and were willing to work around us to get the job done. The first 2 - based purely on their response time, info and service would probably get 5/5.Unfortunately the job wasn't required in the end, but we now know where to go when we do need them again. So can't rate them on the actual drone performance etc.The last 3 were probably a bit late (replied from 1-6 hours after initial inquiry). If the job was to proceed it was to be the same day we made the inquiry, which was why the later responders weren't in the game.Perhaps change the job date required - to allow for a quicker response?ThanksK

I wasn't very sure about what drone would suit my needs so Nick was very helpful on the phone making sure I make a good decision.

After logging my request I was quickly contacted by 5 or 6 businesses. I went with Aspect UAV Imaging. This was a great choice - they were prompt, friendly, reasonably priced and accommodated all of our needs. I highly recommend them to any potential future clients.

$8,000 Drone ordered on the 9/05/202210/05/2022 - email received to confirm pin number on credit card statement.10/05/2022 - emailed back with pin.11/05/2022 - No correspondence received12/05/2022 - No correspondence received. Email sent inquiring about order details.13/05/2022 - 2 Phone calls made, telling me that the order should have been shipped today, but will be shipped tomorrow. No invoiced received after asking for one.14/05/2022 - 3 Phones calls made. Informed that the order is going out today and I will receive the tracking number. Did not receive a call back. Invoiced received after the 3rd phone call.14/05/2022 - Phone called received at night to inform me that the order did not go out.16/05/2022 - No emails received.16/05/2022 - 1 Phone called made saying they have the tracking number and they are currently with a client and will call me back with the information. No call back or email received16/05/2022 - Received email at 10pm, order not sent.17/05/2022 - TBA
