Told it was $69 for a bike service. Wife went to pick up the bike 3 days later than what they said and they charged $145. No phone call to advise of the extra charges.

I never got a call saying what the bike needed even tho they say they will do it after inspecting the bike.Got the bike back as dirty and the chain was still full of grease which was very disappointing. Asked them and they said it would had been way more expensive and they didn't have the thousands dollars" equipment. I payed $70 for a "service" (gears tune up). $70 for bleeding the brakes and $10 for Changing one set of brake pads.When I left the bike I was expecting to spend around 350 to get my bike in good conditions instead I ended up paying very expensive $150.Have to say the guy was always very friendly.It's also the first time I take the bike to service in the region instead of the city. Must be the standard."

Great, but very pricey! Paid double the price for 2 tyres replacement compared to my old bike mechanic in West Gippsland. I can't complain really, as he was under the pump this morning.

Good range of products from professional brands. Went here for local tyre knowledge ahead of Sunday's Great Otway Gravel Grind.Bought a PRO Torque wrench and gels to try ahead of the event.Highly recommended

I had my bike fixed through these guys they where really kind towards the clients, and did a really good job on my bike couldn’t be anymore happier with the good work they did, my bike fells brand new again, would 100% recent getting a bike through these guys instead of Kmart

I was in Horsham for a long weekend, stopped in to have a look at Horsham cyclery. Great range of bikes and other cycling equipment. Had a very nice chat to the owner who was a great help and very keen about cycling. Bought a great jersey which will be a welcome addition to my riding kit. Prices were very reasonable.
