Bought a pair of magnetic bike lights that are clearly not working as intended as the light is too dim to be seen properly, and the function of retaining light when stationary is not working. I've installed several similar lights from the same brand with no issues in the past, but somehow this company appears to be convinced I don't know what I'm doing even though I've sent several photos of the installation, which was exactly as specified in the manual. What should have been straightforward returns process is a lengthy and awful conflict where I'm getting pretty nasty emails from these guys
