Pimp my mobile

We went to PMMobile as we were passing by and needed a camera screen protector for a new phone. The young woman who came to us said it would be $10 fitted. After I gave her a $50 note she only gave me $30 back. When we queried this she said it was $20 and she had told us $20. Then the guy who works there got involved and tried to make out we were trying to rip them off. He got loud and we said there's no need to shout and that we don't go around arguing with people just to make $10.My partner said to take the screen off as we don't want it for $20. The guy kept holding onto my phone for a minute until we threatened to get security involved.In the end I kept the screen and paid the $10 that was initially stated.Until this happened my partner was going to get a screen fitted for his watch for $25 and I would have bought a phone cover.After reading other reviews I think we are lucky to get away from them.Not worth the drama.They're probably ok if you need a phone cover.

i payed 35 dollars for a screen protector to be put on and they didn’t even do it right. there are air bubbles in the screen protector. i don’t normally get angry about this stuff but if i pay 35 dollars i expect someone to at least do it properly

WARNING - DO NOT GO THERE !!!We took our Samsung Fold 3 mobile to its kiosk across JB hifi, which just needed a screen protector for the fold out screen as the existing one was starting to bubble off from the midsection. Besides this the mobile was inperfect condition.We left the phone there and came back 20mins later, the foldout screen had been damaged - All Black from top to bottom in the mid section.The worker and boss were denying the fact that she damaged the phone, and wouldn't admit to any compensation. That's a $750 damage !! That they denying. .. we will see what the shopping centre cameras show !!

worst place ive ever been to fix my phone. paid $170 to get my screen fixed in 20 minutes. received my phone and once I started using it, screen started flashing and my photos and videos had a green tint which has never happened before. I took it back to re fix 3 days later and got it fixed for free in 10 minutes. received it back just for my phone to barely eve work. my screen freezes every second and im not able to restart my phone. they do not know what they are doing and dont deserve any customers whatsoever. I regret all decisions of taking my phone there and should of kept it broken.

Horrible, horrible place DO not get any phone work here. Got a brand new screen protector started peeling back after 3 days. Took it in and was told he cannot help in anyway or refund. Did not even bother to try help. How is this place still around.This place is absloute joke.

Software problems, was able to turn my phone on and off and connect to Mac before repairing, they even test it in front of me. After repairing the phone was in two pieces, was not able to charge or even turn it on. Was offered to send it off for repair costing $300, very unprofessional, these people don’t know how to repair. Just don’t go there!

Avoid - selling and installing plastic screen covers as glass protectors for $65. Refused refund when protector failed one day later merely from being placed in a bag. Would love to post pic of screen protector crumpled up in my hand like the cheap plastic it is. Scam. Complete disregard for consumer law.

DO NOT GO HEREThese people take advantage of disabled people by selling them cases they believe are good quality, only to have their brand new phones and iPads break minutes later. When you try to call them they scream over the top of you. When you try to go into the store to resolve the problem, they yell at you. This scared me as an autistic person, and I now fear nothland because of this experience. Have reported to Consumer Affairs Vic.

Buyer beware, If i could give a negative star i would. Tempered glass fell off in 2 days, phone case buttons also dropped off. High costs for cheap and nasty products. Went back to ask if they could replace and i was told NO that is what happens and that I have an S21 ultra which only allows the glass to stick to the side. They completely ignored me and sat their on their phones hoping i would go away. I am writting this review so others will be aware before going here for their awful service and cheap products.

This store has great service and reasonable prices for repairs, I love going there
