Their technician Max was on time, friendly and professional and happy to answer any of my questions or concerns about the service.It's the smaller companies like this that really shine in customer service and satisfaction.Would certainly recommend.

Recommend without reservation! From start to finish they were wonderful. Firstly, Teagen was so helpful, finding a technician to do the job on a public holiday and then Stewart arrived. Right on time, this guy proved to be worth his weight in gold. What a wonderful human being and an asset to the company. Besides the pest control treatment, he went above and beyond. Seeing that I was tired and feeling quite overwhelmed by this point (big house move) Stewart fetched his ladder and helped me with a few things. He was so reassuring and kind and honestly made my day better. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Matt and the team always do a fantastic job. Found the smallest termite trail on building and pest inspection and continues to deliver outstanding results 2 years later through termite barrier treatment. Staff always explain things simply for my wife and let her know what they are doing while she is home on her own with our daughter.
