We ordered a few dishes, unfortunately not up to standard, frozen bugs, pasta not enough sauce and not even any fresh herbs, not italian style cooking at all, there is no extra virgin olive oil and a touch of fresh garlic, spaghetti a bit to thick to our liking, very ordinary food.

I really enjoyed my experience at Pinocchios!One of the best cocktails I have ever had. The only downside was I was to full from the incredible food to have a third!I ordered Lobster mornay & it came really quickly.The sticky date pudding was lovely & I was even offered mote sauce, you can never have enough sauce.Plenty of seating options & I look forward to next time.

Worst service I have ever had.Arrived for at 12.30pm for a booking for a birthday lunch. Placed drink order.Asked by 3 other staff if we wanted drinks.Drinks delayed for 20 minutes.Placed food order at 12.45pm.2 Entrees arrived, another 1 hour for mains.Had to leave table twice to ask staff where our mains were.No one came back to our table to see if we required more drinks.Food arrived, 2 errors.We asked to speak to the manager.A lady serving food told us she was the manager.We complained about our service and her attitude was atrocious, very argumentative.Took back 2 orders to fix. She never came back.When finished we asked for her name.She said she was actually not the manager and it was her brother.We spoke to her brother, George.Very arrogent, not helpful at all, our fault and was extremely arguementative. The food was very average, service was terrible.We will never go back.I would suggest you never eat here, definitely dine somewhere else.

Going to this restaurant was like going back in time, you can't get meals like this anymore unless you go to Darling Harbour or City and PAY for it. Huge selection of seafood, modest pricing, fantastic service. Look forward to going again. The restaurant is in the Kingsford Juniors Club, living on the lower north shore we travelled by bus to the City then the L3 light rail stops at the door of the club

the decoration looks nice, and the staff was very pleasant. my lasagna, however, was served in a pool of oil and oversalted to death. the pasta was quite nice though.

It was a pleasant evening for all of us. Food was good. People who served us was great but waiting between entrees and mains was too long. We will comeback again for sure.

Food was oky, i had better experiences in the past. Short staffed took 53 mins to get our mains which were Entree servings. I said when i booked we had a show to go too, so was very rushed to eat then pay.

delicious steaks, beautiful pastas and side dishes to choose from. Pinocchio's only use the freshest ingredients, with handmade pasta and pizza dough, slow cooked sauces and simple flavours that create beautiful Mediterranean and Italian meals.My favourite meals here are the pasta and pizzas! The chicken-schnitzel Boscaiola with vegetables is also a winner!Full bar service is available.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating, especially if you're with children. The food is delicious and offers great options for kids.
