Bought online, quick delivery. Ordered the side sleeper pillow, great price, love them, less neck and shoulder issues since.

Home Direct is top quality and a super quick delivery to regional NSW.I bought a king sized mattress topper and had 2 free pillows thrown in.I couldn't ask for better service that that.

Online scammers. Wish I could give zero stars. Wish I'd read the reviews before making my purchase. They take your money and never send your items.Luckily I made my purchase though PayPal, so I was able to lodge a dispute when my items never arrived. I purchased two pillows, listed as currently available/in stock. Weeks later received a generic email saying 'order status changed, delayed delivery. Items expected to be sent within 7 days'. Weeks later, still nothing, so I emailed them asking what was happening. No response for over a week, when I got another of those generic 'delayed delivery' emails. This is when I escalated things with paypal and got a refund. Even after all this, the pillows I purchased are still listed on their website for sale right now, even though they clearly don't have the stock. If you make a purchase with them, be sure to use paypal, so you can get a refund if your items never arrive. Otherwise they will take your money and never send your items.

After purchasing a number of goods at this store over the past 12 months, I called due to a problem with faulty memory foam pillows, to enquire about whether it was possible to return them as they had lost their shape after only a few (4-5) months of use. I was surprised to find the store owner treated me as if the faulty goods were a personal attack on her business, as she was surprisingly rude, and seemed to want to make it very difficult for me to return the goods. (Note: Other staff members were thoughtful however the store owner (who did not offer her name) was very aggressive). After a number of good experiences and recommending the store to friends, I will NOT be shopping there again! Go to Adairs up the road. They actually offer customer service there.

I purchased the Bamboo Cotton bed sheets (charcoal) online and honestly couldn’t be happier with them. They’re basically like hotel quality sheets and make me never want to get out of bed every morning! Super affordable too, I’m so happy that I got them.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Do not order online. They take your money but don't have the stock, unacceptable communication and had to esculate to paypal. Avoid.

Since using my new memory foam pillows i sleep so much better. Bed sheets are extremely soft too. Affordable prices and great friendly service. Happy customer

Many many purchases still go back for that great service, well recommended.On-line serviceWOEFUL. Complete waste of time and energy. Five emails were sent after ordering, absolutely response, taking a phone call from overseas to chase up order. There is no phone number to contact them, when emails are sent via their inbuilt 'contact us' page on the website, nothing is answered, when emails are sent to the email address provided....nothing was answered. To run such an unprofessional company behind the scenes is staggering. Whoever is operating this side of the business should be ashamed. NEVER order online and expect any form of contact, especially to be advised when shipping has taken place. Even most basic companies provide these basic requirements to consumers. Sharpen up your game Home Direct, and my advice is only go in store...never on line.

Terrible. I ordered something online and have not yet received it months later. Absolutely no response about where it is or what's happening. Wish I had reviews before placing an order. Still haven't received my order. Very disappointed.
