I was absolutely mortified with the condition of my wedding dress. The dress clearly needed dry cleaning so as you would after you get married you dry clean it. I have used this dry cleaner many times and have been happy so kept with them for my dress. They had my dress for months when they said it was ready to be picked up. I went in and had a horrible gut feeling as they brought my dress to me. The garment bag was not over it but this plastic bag was and a wired coat hangover holding my beautiful wedding dress. Alas it was not beautiful, it had been butchered. Threads were hanging off it, the hem had been torn away from the dress, beads and crystals and pearls all hanging off as well as the brand tag half ripped off.. and It was stained brown!!! Which was white when I had brought it in. I immediately refused to think this was my dress. I said to them this is not my dress, after being patronised and yelled at from the owner asking me what was different about my dress? Isnt it obvious? They kept my dress for months again trying to figure out what had happened. Then they put it down to it wasnt there fault. I never paid a cent to them and walked away with a damaged dress and damaged heart thinking the beautiful memory of my dress is ruined and I cannot pass this dress down to my daughter in the future. I would never in my wildest dreams recommend this place. It looks like a lot of brides have been messed around.. which saddens me even more!

We love this place as its a 24/7 drop off businesses. They have a red box to drop off and pick up your laundry - which is so convenient.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.Lost my item, implied I never dropped it off.I was charged a cleaning fee, which proved I used their service and they did indeed receive my item. I was accused of lying and then when I wouldn’t go away, was told I must be duped by a bank scam because their records ‘prove’ I never went with them.Spent hours of my life begging the owner to help me only to be told I was wasting her time and when my item was discovered, chided for not knowing that their red box is unreliable. Get. An. Education. Learn how to speak to people.

The owner of this Company has no idea about customer service. I was assured my daughter's Lisa Ho's dress could be cleaned. They had the dress for three months and it came back still soiled!! I was told he spent 5hours trying to clean the dress. We returned 6 times to get the dress on the last occasion I was very reluctant to pay, out of respect for the owner's staff I paid the bill...$66.00 for absolutely nothing but grief. Shame on you Quality Dry Cleaners!!!

5 star alterations and service. It's a delight to deal with the lovely lady in the Gladesville store. The quality and timeliness of alterations have been great. She was even able to do a same day turnaround when I required something urgently.

Got a shirt altered here for the first time. The lady who is the seamstress here - I believe her name is Caroline - is a gem. She is so friendly, has impeccable customer service skills and does top quality work. She is one of those rare people who when you leave the store, has you wishing everybody in the service industry you dealt with day to day was like her. I will never go anywhere else for tailoring work. Thank you!

Amazing experience at both the five dock and gladesville stores. Both ladies were lovely, welcoming, super helpful and passionate. Helped accommodate a last minute request with a super quick turn around. Did a great job on the alteration and I will definitely be going back.

I'm not exactly a dry cleaning connoisseur but they made my rather manky old woollen coat look bright and shiny and new again, and got rid of the bike chain grease stains to boot.
