We spent two weeks in Cairns and Port Douglas. Our family of 5 had a spectacular trip with many unique experiences. When we left we were all in agreement that the best part of our journey was discovering Mick from Tropical Transfers.After arriving at Cairns Airport and struggling to find transport to accommodate our family and luggage to get us to our hotel we were slightly out of our debt. After a slight ordeal we arrived at our hotel and saw a flyer for Tropical Transfers and thought we’d give them a go.This decision single handedly saved/improved our trip! There was no job too big or too small and Micks knowledge of the local area enhanced our experience and his prices were very reasonable. Not having a car became and issue of the past and we travelled around Cairns with ease. We were even delivered to our next destination which was Port Douglas and a week later picked up again for the airport back in Cairns.I strongly recommend if you’re travelling to Cairns to use Tropical Transfers!

I had a late flight into Cairns recently that got delayed twice. I booked a pickup transfer to Trinity Beach with Mick from Tropical Transfers. Mick was so understanding of the delays. Even though I didn’t arrive until around 1.30am he still maintained his commitment to the booking and made sure I got home safely. I’ve used Tropical Transfers before and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Very informative, friendly, and accommodating. Used for airport transfers but also had an all day tour. Took us where we wanted to go and had great suggestions too. Spot on about where to eat and what to see. Highly recommend Mick and Tropical Transfers!!!!

We hired him for all our transportation, to and from airport and transfer from hotel to hotel. The most exceptional service we received our whole trip. He is always early and helpful.
