I got shellac nail polish on my fingers and toes, at other places Ive only ever paid $40 they charged me $80, honestly could not believe how much it was just for that, I should of asked how much before I got it done I just didn’t think it would be that much, they have no prices anywhere so it’s like they just choose on the spot what they want to charge. The lady who did it was not personable or nice, she was unpleasant. Place was dirty aswell. Do not recommend. Polish wasn’t done right up to the cuticles either.

Had a shocking set of nails done last week that look bulky and are already starting to come off. Today I went in for a repair and the woman took about 3mins to replace the broken nail, and because she was so rushed she filed my skin with no remorse.Seriously the staff need to take more care, this is inexcusable.

I cannot believe the service I have recieved. I am a gel nail technician myself in a luxury beauty salon in Brisbane and due to the Christmas holidays I was unable to get my natural gel nails re done. So I came in here with my mum while we’re on holidays. I have always had strong nails and my gel nails last up to 3 weeks usually and only need a re apply because they’ve grown out not because they’re damaged.After coming here my nails have been drilled down to nothing, they are paper thin even with gel or shellac polish on top, when i got back to the apartment one had completely snapped off not even an hour later. They now bend and crack leaving me with only 5 nails not damaged after only a day.I called up and they said I could come in for them to have a look, I asked for a refund as I don’t want any further damage to my nails he yelled at me in front of everyone wouldn’t let me explain that I am a nail technician myself and this is NOT the standard for natural gel nails. He said to me that it’s my fault and it’s because I have natural nails I should have acrylics and it’s because I don’t take better care of my nails.Left in tears with no refund and half my nails broken and torn after only a day. Very upset that I couldn’t even compensated for the damage they caused.

I paid $75 for SNS ombre, the results were horrible but as the salon was full I didn't want to complain and seem ungrateful in front of so many people. I thought about leaving without paying as it is such a Terrible job. I am so dissapointed.

Would give zero if I could! Went here for a pedicure lady filled the tub with ice water and ignored me when I said it was cold, just started removing nails polish in the most painful of ways. I then asked to stop, two other girls asked if I want a pedicure and I responded with no. Never have I not had my feet soak first before they start, if you can see an issue with a customer maybe check. She was literally cutting my feet, I don’t want to imagine what she would have done with the rest of the pedi. I was charged $20 to file off polish and leave me covered in dust! Disgusting.

My friend and i both got our nails done hers had intracate flower work and I wanted mine to look like the pic with just blue triangles at the top however she was charged 70 dollars and I was charged more for less work at 94 dollars for them to start breaking off for no reason I wasn't even touching them when it started! WAIST OF MONEY

Been there a few times and it has been a pretty bad experience. I always wanted to give a second chance but it was always bad. Always with acrylic on my skin and cuts.

Booked an appointment and they completely ignored me when I walked in, greeting everyone after me. I waited with no communication for 45min. The nail tech called someone who walked in to “come up and get your nails done” the lady suggested that he do me first. I showed him the design and he said he couldn’t do it “you choose other colour” after 45min of being ignored.

Had an unpleasant experience. I went for a pedicure and a full set or acrylic nails. I went for a pedicure and didn’t even get my foot soak and scrubbed. It was just painted. So I paid for paint not a pedicure. Then going I got the nails I was there for over an hour while the guy next to me did 3 people in that time. My result was thick, sore and Inconsistent. I’m unfortunately writing this review as I’ve been here a few times before and was extremely disappointed after spending $160. I feel like having them removed or fixed somewhere else. I don’t know if it’s stress of busy period and low staff which I can understand and respect but I know have acrylics that are super unpleasant and painful.
