I have been at this clinic for a few years and have always had an easy, convenient and consistent service provided by doctors, nursing and admin staff. This busy clinic offers a fanatic bulk billed service.I am a nurse and midwife and have worked in healthcare for many years and would like to highly recommend Dr Kam Pong Lee.My experience with Dr Lee was exactly as you’d hope for with a medical a professional at a private clinic. Dr Lee not only appears to care greatly about his vocation but also spends time advocating for patients medical and psychosocial needs.I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail during a referral to another health care provider on my behalf. As I am familiar with both sides of referring consumers and receiving referrals, his personal and detailed report facilitates an informed transition between health services for consumers.In my experience Dr Lee possesses excellent therapeutic communication skills and offers a service where as a consumer you feel heard and supported with your health care needs.I have already highly recommend Dr Lee to friends and will continue to do so.Thank you to all the staff at St Kilda Super clinic.

Practice Nurses were lovely, caring and understanding. The doctor I saw couldn't wait to be rid of me. I felt like I was wasting his time. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Honestly, horrible clinic with absolutely no empathy or sensitive to the patients.I experienced few times moments with Impatient and insensitive doctors that probably forgot that they are dealing with people who unwell + worried about them result .Today after a call with Rizwan Sami I officially will never ever be back or recommend to anyone to visit this clinic.Absolutely traumatised.

I know they bulk bill but what’s your dignity worth? Most condescending and terrible bedside manner of any doctors I’ve seen, ever. I tried a couple of different doctors both talked down to me in a terribly condescending manner. If you have self respect just avoid going here. Many have said the same in other reviews and you don’t believe it until you experience it yourself.

5 stars for this busy bulk billing clinic. Every time I have called I have been given appointment at the earliest available appointment or squeezed in for an urgent appointment if required. Working for a surgeon myself I know how hard the administrative side of this job can be. Especially dealing with all different types of patients and their needs. Staff have always been pleasant, helpful & lovely on the phone. Nola in particular has always been super helpful.

I've been going to this clinic for years now and yes often when you ring to book an appointment there's a long telephone wait before the phone is answered but once it's answered the staff are very polite and helpful.Because of doctors being on leave, over the years I've had to see different doctors at the clinic and yes some are better than others however from my experience they have all been super" great and that also goes to the reception staff and the nurses doing the blood test.The clinic is also in a very convenient location

My son and I saw Dr Lee today. We both have a good impression of him and his diagnostic approach on our first visit. Dr Lee is friendly, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He gives us confidence to continue follow up consultations.

My doctor was an older British chap, who had to be the worst GP I have ever had. He was condescending, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful. It was very clear he wanted to keep the appointment as short as possible and not do any work if he could help it. I would recommend any other GP in St Kilda over this one, and they’ll be cheaper too. Avoid this place (or at the very least the older British doctor here) at all costs!

Asked for cancellation fees for a rescheduled appointment. I clearly asked them if there are any out of pocket over the phone, to which they said no. Don't go there if you are very sick and want to waste your time and get yelled at. Toxic people
