Stayed at the hotel which is great but the micro brewery is a shocker unfortunately. The warning signs you get entering the characterless room should be heeded. The beer was off. Nice chips if that’s a consolation.

Service is so poor it's embarrassing. Waiter young lady rude. No common sense even the slightest . Don't even know what we ordered and a 2-3 hour wait for food ...Room was neat and clean but small .

Room is big and clean but there is no bathroom slipper and toothpaste/toothbrush unless you request. Location is nice , many cafes area the vicinity.

Stayed here for a work conference. Staff were absolutely wonderful, room was great, and the food was amazing! Definitely recommend for anyone!

Ate at the restaurant a few times and the bar staff remembered my order over a few weeks. Great service, delicious food and tasty beer.

Rooms are lovely and clean and tidy but the restaurant was the real winner here. I could honestly say I ordered one of the best chicken parmigiana's I've ever had and I have had thousands of them from everywhere so that's definitely a big call but I was extremely pleasantly surprised

For conference...has back entrance for drop off - taxis, accessibility...lifts. On Tram 109 route from Collins St Melbourne city...Glenferrie Rd stop. Ramp at front next door to Reception.
