Incredibly rude customer service. I called to ask for a quote and I was told I'd have to email them details to get a quote within an hour. When I called back to ask about their email, I was told off for calling back and told that a quote would not be generated in less than 24-48 hours. I was polite and apologised for any confusion. The response I got was to go look elsewhere. It's challenging enough to try to pack and move with 2 young children. The last thing needed is someone to tell you off for requesting help.

365 Freight is very helpful and genuine company to have on your side managing cargos. I sent personal Cargo from Singapore to Sydney. Cargo world is difficult to be in for someone like me doing it first time. Nandha from 365 helped me with all technicalities and genuinely provided charges. He even helped to suggest alternatives to reduce my costs. Very much recommended.
