Trevors Carpets

I regret choosing Trevor's carpet for my house. For starters, they ordered the wrong amount of carpet in which lead them to laying vinyl in the wrong room.It took 5 months from the order date until the finish date, I was told 2 weeks to order in and 2-3 days to finish.They allocated an inexperienced tradesman to lay my vinyl (it was his first time), which resulted in my freshly painted walls chipped and damaged, raised planks, gaps in the vinyl filled with sikaflex, and small cut outs to fill the bigger gaps instead of using full planks. He was a nice guy, easy to talk to, very apologetic, but obviously stressed over the job he had been given.I was woken up at work on nightshift to unlock the house for the tradesman after being asked not to and giving them alternative phone numbers.They didn't call me once to follow up on the job, instead I was constantly calling asking when it is being started, when it will be finished, and when it will be fixed.The first time I called to see if my flooring/window treatment was in, they had to check what my job actually was as if they forgot I had even placed an order.I told/showed them several times what I wasn't happy with and what needed fixing, yet they always came back having no idea where to start.The boss is unprofessional.He came to my house and saw it for himself, yet didn't take notes on what needed fixing to hand it onto his tradesman.He asked me, who is doing your window treatment?" after I had already paid him for half of it.He then asked me if it has been installed

Today I had carpet delivered and installed by the team at Trevors Carpets Bussleton. I am absolutely thrilled with the result and highly recommend anyone to include this store when you are looking for new flooring. Their quote was very competitive and service excellent. Thanks also to the very professional and helpful carpet layers.

Absolutely brilliant. Recently had a large fitout of our new business. Nothing was too much trouble for Jo and his team. Floor coverings were exactly what we wanted and expertly laid.Very professional and friendly business to deal with.

Absolutely devastated with our floor from Trevors Busselton, not so much the workers themselves because they were inexperienced and made to do this job (and were lovely to deal with) but the boss man himself - no sympathy, careless, just wanted us out of his hair after months of begging for the floor we payed for.If I could attach photos I would, I think I could do a better job.Would not recommend this joint to anyone
