I hired Omx Cleaners for a deep clean of my home and I was blown away by the level of detail and thoroughness. They didn't miss a spot and everything looked and smelled amazing!"

An end of lease clean. They didn't turn up on time and I had to chase them to see where they were. It was a 2 x 1 unit and they wanted to charge me for 8 hours and $40 extra for the inside of the fridge and another $40 for the oven. They clearly don't understand what is involved for the end of lease requirements. They also did a very average job. Not a satisfied customer at all

Hired for end of lease clean and windows. Do not use! They quoted 6 hours for clean. Looks as if one person was here for about 2 hours. Didn’t clean walls, wardrobe’s, vents, bathrooms and oven. Windows had streak marks everywhere I could of done better with a high pressure hose and some newspaper. When asked to come back they stated a time didn’t show up or get in contact to arrange another time. We sat around for 3 hours waiting trying to call them and no answer or response. This company cost us the cleaning fee and our bond. Would of been easier to do it myself. If they needed more time they could of contacted us and we would of been happy to pay. When they finally got back to us the only times they could do was after the house hand over to agents. If you don’t care about you spare time, paying over weeks rent, stressing about how your going to find a new rental with a terrible review off you land lord and not getting your bond back use this company.If I could give it a negative star rating I would

I booked these guys for 8am today and the booking was confirmed with a reference number.When no had arrived by 9am I messaged but got no response. At 9.45 I called but the call was declined.I can't comment on the service as the cleaners never actually arrived with no explanation.If you're looking for any sort of reliability I would suggest you look elsewhere.If you use them, good luck.

The guys did a great job, they were really nice. The company do removals as well and did an amazing job fitting my stuff into a small storage unit. Will definitely use again.
