Hillside Caravan Park
False advertising. This place is NOT A CARAVAN PARK. I rang the phone number on this listing, and my call was taken by someone (we later found out, she was located in a Mission Beach caravan park), who took our booking for 2 nights. On arrival, there was no reception office. After much awkward maneuvering through what looked liked a wrecking yard, the caretaker met us at the curb, saying that they can only accommodate tents; And that all cabins are reserved for banana pickers. If you need a base camp for the Tully area, see the info centre for camping / RV options at the showgrounds.
