Very good Australian made natural products. I came early and went in the spa first, followed by a nourishing, relaxing, fragrant, professional massage and facial. Nice to meet such down to earth and kind people. Thanks.

Hidden gem. Spa located at the Ramada Resort. Nicole’s Swedish Massage was exactly what I needed. Had a great experience, left refreshed and energized.

Amazing service. Would recommend to anyone, especially any mum's to be as Nicole is trained in all areas of pregnancy. She talks you through all products used and is excellent at what she does. Thoroughly enjoyed the paradise package.

What a wonderful experience:) we loved every moment of our treatment and the spa is an absolute bonus to use complimentary. Could not have been more grateful to meet Nicole today. She was so warm and friendly the minute we walked through the door, and was so thorough in her explanations of each step of the facial and massage.We booked the Zen Package and it was honestly amazing. Just had the couples massage over the long weekend with Nicole. She was amazing, attentive, very kind, and provided the most amazingly relaxing massage treatment ever! The salt spas just outside the place were also divine to relax in. We also got facials done, my skin looks and feels amazing. Best pampering ever. I wish I lived closer so I can visit Sirene again, I'll just have to wait until my next holiday at Nelson Bay!
