We bought an Apartment off the plan at Blue Milsons Point in this advertised “modern high end residential building “designed by PTW.PTW’s design includes Raw concrete slabs forming the floor/ ceiling of the apartments.What we have been presented with as the finished product is uneven, rough edges, obvious joins, pen marks/ scribble on the slab n stains from what appears to be spray painting of the drainage cover from the apartment above us.The developer insists this is part of PTW’s design and they cannot alter.Great design PTW!
