She sure knows how to put clients at ease even if waiting time may be prolonged. Lisa is an asset to the company and I believe she is the reason for clients' repeat business. See you next year.

Picked up this neckbreaker recently and can I just say the service from Renault and specifically Marwan was by far one of the best customer service in a dealership. Went to this dealership after no assistance from another Renault closer to home. From the moment I stepped into their establishment, the comparison between the two dealership were night and day.Starting with the knowledgeable salesman (Sam) answering all the questions I had with the Koleos, finance manager (Asad) listening to my situation and tailoring a loan that suits my needs up to the delivery yesterday where (Natasha) ran though everything I needed to know regarding the paperwork and vehicle. Everything was done with the highest of customer service, I will recommend them to my friends and look forward to further business in the future.If you are thinking about a Renault, pay these guys a visit it’s worth the drive to get quality service!!!

Just bought a Koleos for our family and the team at Peter Warren Renault made the process so smooth. Marwan was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as were all the other staff members who played their part. Loving the car and the back-seat space even with a baby capsule! Added bonus was how quickly the car arrived and was made ready for us.

Spoke to Marwan yesterday at renault with my partner regarding buying a car, we had no experience with the car brand before yesterday but Marwan was so informative and so patient and enthusiastic about helping us.
