I had a large parcel that was due for delivery on December 22nd, it never turned up. I phoned and was told they could not track it or find it, i reminded them the garbage sales pitch they give when on hold. They have bar codes and other systems and can't even tell me where it is.they said they would look into it and call me back, i have now called three times as ive not heard a thing from them; and am no closer to finding out where a 2m pallet has gone? If your serious about wanting to track your goods, I'd give these guys a miss.

Horrible service and ability to communicate with the customer. Had a delivery that was supposed to be delivered on the 20th of April didn't arrive until the 30th and when it did was missing part of the order. numerous calls to northline and every date they gave me it never turned up back and forth like this over 6 times 3 times someone staying home all day to receive the order and not even a phone call to say that it wouldn't be delivered. Couldn't recommend them any less.
