Dealt with Tanjil Williams, whom we were extremely pleased with.We first met Tanjil when viewing several properties for sale in the Tootgarook/Capel Sound/Rosebud area.While these were not exactly what we were looking for, Tanjil advised of a property that was to be listed in several weeks time that might suit us better.Several open inspections and a private inspection later we were successful at the auction.Tanjil also recommended a Building and Pest inspector who we found to be quick and most thorough in his report.Needless to say Tanjil held our hand through the process without any pressure and we could not recommend her highly enough.On the day of the auction we also dealt with Shane Fox, the co-selling agent, and found him to be efficient and easy to deal with.Thankyou to Ray White Rosebud for helping us find our next home.
