From the moment we told them the vision for our home Tom and Amanda set to work to design & then create an absolute master piece - far exceeding our wildest imaginations. The astounding build quality & finishes were only surpassed by the ease of which they made the entire building process and the exceptional level of communication they maintained throughout. The perfect place to go to make your dream home into a reality!!!!

The Gordon Bourke team are incredible. They helped us stick to budget without compromising on quality. Even when we asked the most simple and basic questions, we were not made to feel like idiots. Fast build time, great quality and extremely helpful. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. Will definitely build with them again.

Amazing team Gordon Bourke, we built our new house with them and it was definitely a great experience. Very honest to deal with, they'll give the best advice to you regardless of their financial benefit. They're always there to answer any question or to help make last minute changes. They provide comprehensive details of the plans and the contract specs so everything is very clear. They help with the plan if you want to make changes as in our case. They help choosing the colours. We could access the site anytime we want and ask for meeting anytime we feel we need to discuss some change/upgrade. They pay attention to the tiniest details. And on top of all they're very quick, our house was built in around 4 months.Simply speaking, very professional and honest people to build with.

Built with Gordon Bourke a few years ago. The team were amazing to deal with from assisting with the best position on our block for our house, tweaking the plan to suit our needs, picking colours/finishes. Will build with them again for sure.

I could go on forever how amazing the Gordon Bourke team are but short and sweet seems to be the key with them!! From bank approval to sleeping in our house for the first time in just over 3 months !!!!!!!!! This is what dreams are made of!!! The team, Brendan,Tom, Adam,Jodie, Lesley and the rest of the hard working team are an absolute PLEASURE to deal with, making every phone call from talking about our house plan, to talking about a plug seem just as valid! We chose to build with Gordon Bourke a year ago and it was the smartest decision we could have possibly made. We've no shortage of stories from friends or friends of friends who are building and have had a constant string of delays and cost overrun. Granted, it's really hard to get supplies and contractors now, and supplies are increasing in cost rapidly. Gordon Bourke apparently have a magic network for supplies and contractors because there has only been the rare delay, mainly due to a shortage of bricklayers, and the cost has been consistent and fairWe've chatted to a couple of the contractors working on our house and they have all said the same thing - they like working with Gordon Bourke because they pay on time and they are fair. No wonder our build is (more or less) on schedule with a build time well under a year and on-budget. There are other builders with flashy, Bold designs. Hardly a day goes by I'm not grateful we didn't go with them!This sounds like an advert or paid review, but it's not. We're really had a great experience.
