Superb effort from Kerrie, Kevin and their wonderful team in the sale of our property. Their friendliness, professionalism and expertise was outstanding in obtaining a more than satisfactory result in the sale. The sales presentation of the Brochure, photos and videos were exceptional and could not be faulted. We can highly recommend Woodgate Realty for any property business.

Well I normally don't say anything on these sites. But people sometimes you just have too. We have just recently booked a house through this agent. Who then booked someone else on line. The thing that makes me mad is they didn't even both to call or email to let us know. Until I asked for the confirmation of email which was promised that day that hadn't come through. Days later after I contact them again they say oh we forgot its booked for someone else now." Just not good enough when we had organised time off and now have nowhere to go. I would be very careful dealing with this crowd again as this is the second time they have done this to us. We have been holidaying in Woodgate for 20 years now and never had an issue with the other agents. Sadly they were all booked ."

Woodgate Realty is a wonderful small family business that go above and beyond to create great service . Kerrie and the team are always friendly and approachable ,whilst being professional at the same time . Their holiday rentals are always beautifully presented and clean . Excellent service , I highly recommended.

WARNING don’t deal with Kerrie. No Integrity. After making a sale with us then said a higher price was now offered and for us to increase. Very Grubby and untrustworthy practices. Just stay away

Extremely friendly, lovely people. I called another real estate there and stated what I was looking for (modern, A/C, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms prefer 1 with a bathtub) got told i was been way too picky for wood gate and that wood gate houses are fans and windows that's it.The ladies at woodgate realty went above and beyond and found me exactly what I was looking for and more! (I want to feel like I'm in holiday not in some bush shack) so thank you Macie for finding us our perfect holiday house for Christmas 2021! ❤

Have tried booking breathe on pets multiple times paid a holding fee. Was rejected as couldn't complete id in set time. Since then have tried multiple times. Codes don't work. Just a joke airbnb can go and jump. Not everyone is internet capable. Now over it. Ph call 2 headquarters waste of time. We'll Woodgate Realty msgd back and we were finally able to book Breath On for when we wanted and had a lovely time. The staff at Woodgate Realty understood our difficulties and went out of their way to help us have a lovely holiday.

Wonderful family business which restored my faith in real estate agents. Super helpful remotely and sold the house within a month. Very friendly staff who were incredibly helpful all the way. Highly recommend.
