Bath & Body Works Chadstone

DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS ON LINE. I oredered 2x Candy Apple sprays. Waited 2 weeks for them to arrive only to receive Into The Night sprays. I called customer service, which is in India, and the connection was terrible. I was told it will take four days before they can even investigate what has occurred. Too late for my daughter‘s birthday.

I love B&BW, found them when visiting the USA, and am so happy to see them here in Aus. Don't get to Chaddie often, but always go to B&BW to stock up. No body buff puffs this time, which was a shame.

They sell good products but not accessible for us from Ballarat and delivery is free only for orders over 200$.We love to have a branch in Ballarat which we can walk into.

Do not purchase their products online!My online shopping experience is always easy and very convenient for me until I shopped with Bath n Body Works. I’ve received an item that is sealed but half filled as shown on my photo.When I went to their shop they said they cannot replace it as it was an online purchase. When I contacted their customer service they said they cannot do anything as the purchase was over 30 days which outside their company policy.What a load of BS! Avoid their online service!!!

It's like Lush and Dusk combined, the shop smells amazing, there's a massive variety of candles, bath bombs, diffusers, perfumes, hand sanitizer, lotions, shower gels, soaps, fragrance mists. Located near Godiva and Victoria's Secret. There's many gift ideas available. It's on the expensive end and they don't have as many coupons" and sales on that I saw"

My favorite shop for candles and Body/hand creams as well for sleeping smells , I highly recommended it . always great to shop there specially when they have offers.

Not someone who usually leaves a negative review but this is purely based on the experience I’ve had.Their products are absolute bliss and deserve 5 Stars, and the staff in Chadstone store have always been amazing too. However, when I placed an online order, I’ve been left very very disappointed. I’ve made the decision to NEVER order online again with B&BW, as I feel like either they put up a sale and don’t expect the demand or its just a trick and once they’ve reached their target, the rest of the orders get cancelled. After waiting for 5 weeks (23 business days) and no communication, when I rang the call centre I was spoken down to like it was my fault for placing an order. I finally received a parcel but out of 8 items I only received 2 of them. When I rang them again, I was told they need to investigate. Three days after that, they sent an email that the items are unavailable and have cancelled my order. Their excuse- Covid!My point is why have a sale and accept orders if you do not have enough stock? They definitely need to think about a proper system that blocks us from placing orders if the item is not in stock not accept the order make us wait for 6 weeks and then cancel the order because they don’t have it in stock in their warehouse yet the same items were on sale in store two weeks later, infact at a lower price! Ridiculous!!Concluding this saying, as much as I love their product range, they’ve lost a loyal customer. If I desperately want something from here I’ll go into the store but shopping online is NEVER going to be something I’ll do with B&BW. By far the worst experience..
