I had a remedial massage with Daniel, he was very informative and had a great technique , however I was expecting a little more of a traditional remedial massage, I felt it was more of a targeted physio treatment instead.It was also quite noisy as there was a Pilates class on at the time, which made the whole experience not so relaxing.

The team at back in motion Braybrook is the most friendly, professional and punctual I could ask for. Ian was able to diagnose the cause of my shoulder and neck pain and gave me a well designed exercise plan to do at home. His massages also helped to relieve my stiff neck due to a sport injury and immediately improved the moving range. Would come back for all things Physio related and would recommend 10/10.

Thanks so much to the team for a comfortable, encouraging and most of all effective treatment for my two work from home ailments.I'd never been to a physio prior to this and would highly recommend anyone go for any issues, I was amazed how precisely they could target underlying muscles and figure out a personalised plan for my recovery.Thanks again all!

This physio is great! I have been going to BIM for about three months since a knee and couldn't recommend it more! I primarily see Tony who is kind courteous, and always willing to listen an take into account how your body is feeling, and Taylor the best treatment plan possible. I have also had a couple of appoints with Monica who is also great. The admin staff are also fantastic. I've dealt primarily with Erin and Michaela, and the are always friendly, efficient and informativeAll around the this a great place with a positive atmosphere that gives top notch care.

Couldn’t recommend more highly. Reception staff were lovely and efficient. Ken was amazing, really thorough, knowledgeable and managed to help me with exactly what I came for.Overall just really nice people and great experience.

With lockdowns, I have been able to get my shoulder back to almost 80% still a bit to go but we are on the right track - the app is amazing - similar to instant messaging when I need help.Mimi and Mikayla are amazing - instant greets by first name upon entry on my second visit.Tony has been great. He has helped me after I had a set back from a pinched nerve. Even though it's taken 8 months - it's been awesome doing the healing with you Tony!

I just wanted to share a quick note and let you know that you guys are a great physio centre and do a really good job. Particularly, I’m glad that I had Tony as my physio. He’s been super helpful, patient and friendly. He goes above and beyond to assist his patients.Tony has developed a program combining weekly intensive sessions at their premises plus at-home exercises, which I still enjoy very much.Tony is very knowledgeable, motivated and a true professional with extensive clinical experience.Hope to see you guys soon J
