I reported a little problem of worn washers yesterday afternoon.Immediate response saying they would be here at 7.30 am. Ryan turned up, bang on time and fixed the issue.He also helped identify another problem I am having with a brand new washing machine. Not his problem but I now have enough knowledge to have the fault corrected by the seller.I could not be happier with the service and Ryan is a good ambassador for yhe business.

Outstanding communication, excellent service and the hot water system that they installed has better pressure. It’s neat and tidy and is a good quality product. I can highly recommend Craftsman. Aiden and Kat are good people with loads of experience! Customer focused… legends!

Craftsman Plumbing & Gas guys are absolutely professional, knowledgeable, punctual and will go above and beyond to help you. Aidan and Ryan helped me with my gas system and Joel helped me sorting my washing machine. They were very nice to deal with and surely will contact them if I have any plumbing needs.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! Professional, friendly and got the issues been fixed perfectly which was unprofessionally installed by previous plumber. The communication given is incredible. I highly recommend CPG. these guys are fantastic to deal with! Best on the Gold Coast!
