Terrible service. Our order didn’t arrive and when we finally got through to someone on the phone, they were so very rude despite it being a Pizza Hut error. Won’t use Pizza Hut again.

Don't buy the wings.The boneless buffalo wings were hands down the worst I've ever tasted. The sauce was very average and they had the texture of a soggy chicken nugget.

Took a support client here and it has since become a semi-regular treat for my family.The staff are friendly, well presented, and hard working. The food is always perfect, and in what is both a blessing and a curse, the pizzas have the best qualities that Pizza Hut had in their 90s heyday.Toppings are ACTUALLY loaded, crust is perfectly fluffy with a crispy crust and the value for $ is truly unbeatable.I understand that Pizza Hut pizzas generally have substantially more calories than competitors, but when I want a cheat meal, I want it to be enjoyable and decadent, and PH deliver those in spades.

Pepperoni thin and crispy, really hit that spot I was craving....Cannot beat pick up, eat immediately....Soooooo good, the crunch, cheesy combo of sublime pepperoni proportions....Was craving and it hit the exact taste buds spot

A 2 hour wait for delivery to a jesmond address. Poor management. Pizza hut was a powerful restaurant chain in Australia In the 80s, by the 90s it was collapsing due to extremely poor management, then in 2000s it was just a faint memory. We will never use pizza hut at jesmond again. Back to dominos who are the main pizza chain in Australia these days.

Bought pizza tonight, normally pretty good, but tonight our order was horrible, the 4 pizzas and sides weren’t very nice, found hair in our pepperoni pizza, our large chips was half full as usually, the toppings on one pizza had so much onion and capsicum couldn’t even taste anything else on it. And our pan base pizza had nothing on it. So disappointed as we order this for family on a birthday. Need to get it right Pizza Hut.
