Eve Dry Cleaners Adelaide

Brought in a stained cushion cover and asked to have it dry cleaned and have a zip inserted in one side. Took a full week, cost $13 for dry cleaning which did not remove any of the stains + $35 to install a crooked zip that is so stiff that I can't actually zip it up. Also charged $15 to sew a 20cm straight seam on another item. I know sewing is not easy and some things just can't be done, but if it's not possible to do something to a reasonable standard, you should let the customer know beforehand. Same with stains -- I know some can't be removed, but it's nonetheless disappointing to throw away money on having something cleaned" when it comes back to you looking exactly the same as it did to start with. Staff seem friendly and basic dry cleaning of items like shirts seems fine (if expensive -- $15 per shirt). I'm just left feeling like I've been robbed. Will not be coming back."

Wedding and Silk Garments. Without having used Eve Dry Cleaning before, it was a leap of faith to try them out for a wedding gown and infant garment that hadn't been cleaned since the event three years ago. Suffice to say that all items were of an excellent standard.

I have used this company last year for some alterations and just recently for some clothing clean/ironing. Really good service and very happy with them!

This is my first ever google review but I felt compelled to redress the present balance.In my time the service has been nothing short of outstanding & I have never had a negative experience in over 12 months.Indeed on many occasions I have requested an extra fast turnaround as I'm not the most organised person in the world!Without exception Denise & Rinki perform with grace under pressure & have never once let me down.In fact I'm thinking of calling them the 'Postal Ladies' as they always deliver!

We use their services for our towel cleaning for our Physio practice. The turn around is prompt, the towels fresh, clean and always fluffy! Its important to our practice to offer the best quality in everything we do and with whom we work with thank you Eve.

I have been so pleased with the service received from Eve Laundry Services. We changed companies after the laundry service we were previously using for Airbnb linen cleaning closed down. I'm so glad we now have this fabulous provider. It's been so much more seamless than our previous provider. Pick up for my area is Tuesday. Generally I have received the clean laundry delivered to my door the very next day! All it takes is a quick text to Denise to let her know that I have bags to collect.... I receive a thumbs up, and it's all taken care of. The quality of the clean and fold is excellent. Thank you.

First class service in every way. Had some very large tableclothsfor an upcoming Expo washed, pressed and folded, and they looked like new. Very friendly and efficient service from both Denise and Paul, who delivered everything as promised. Highly recommended.

Very polite staff but my clothes still smell the same as when I dropped them off.They offered no suggestion and charged full price.I assume they send them away.
