This company acts illegally, does not act within civil laws & has no respect for property owners. Rebecca Collins, whom only spoke to us via email & phone, was so lazy that she never met us at the property - has acted so unethically & not to mention was dishonest to the point where the tenant showed the initial condition report, proving they notified H2H of the issue yet the agency did nothing.Rebecca attempted to threaten VCAT on our tenant & I am just so glad we stepped in as owners to stop our tenants being illegally forced to take ownership of a matter that the agency was aware of about a year prior.

I am beyond happy with Rebecca Collins and her team. They all went out of their way to help and assist us while we were renting. We always found them to be extremely professional with properly managed and maintained properties. I wish all Property Managers were so helpful and easy to talk to.

If you want to get scammed and robbed of your money go for this company as they’re a BIG SCAM. They have no ethics and morals especially Rebecca collins and shannan greenwood. They gave us a house full of bugs, cockroaches and dead lizards when we moved in. After me and my husband finally moved out they made excuses of US NOT LEAVING THE HOUSE clean and how there was damage they had to fix. Then they proceeded to scam us and not give back our bond. I urge anyone reading this stay away from this disgusting company.

We have been dealing with Rebecca for many years and could not praise her highly enough. Rebecca and her team have always been extremely professional and friendly. Nothing was ever too hard to deal with, resolving any concerns that we had along the way very quickly, while ensuring communication remained open at all times. I have dealt with Rebecca for almost 2years now and I must say that it is so nice to have an agent who is always ever so helpful and always very professional. Avoid at all costs. We got the property with multiple defects, not included in the condition report. Reported them immediately after we moved in. 4 weeks down the track, and 7 maintenance visits to the house (!), there are still outstanding issues that need fixing.The director of the company Rebecca, is the rudest person I've come across in a long time. Not only, there's no apology for failing to act within the legal timeframe, but instead she tries to shift the blame on the tenant.Stay away from them, there's a reason why they're still a small local business, despite 17 years experience, they proudly highlight every single time.

Rebecca Collins from house to home property management is by far the most helpful and the most genuine property agents in Melbourne!Not like all these big name real-estate agents out there who host a rental property inspection and allow 30 or more families to inspect the property with a time frame of 20min ( just as bad as Macca's drive through at lunchtime), who stand there telling everyone to jump online and fill out a rental application and nothing else!Rebecca from house to home has from what I've seen only a few people for the time frame she has the open inspection, she spends equal amount of time with her Tenants answering, listening, advising, suggesting to the best of her ability.She then follows up on her clients applications and calls you to let you know if you're application can not be submitted to the owners for review because of the current real-estate agent your renting from won't release any information to her on your rental ledger and any other information she may need and worst of all not even returning her many phone calls she has made.Rebecca doesn't throw your application in the hard bin basket like all other agents , she advises you on how to go about legally to obtain your information.My partner and I with our kids now live in a rental property managed by Rebecca from house to home and enjoying every minute of it.Rebecca Collins enjoys her job and that's why she's such a great and genuine property manager.As for not naming over 10 other real-estate agency's with the crappiest attitudes and inexperienced customer services, House to home property management is the agents you want to look up when you are looking for a rental property.

Having dealt with a few Property Managers in my time, we have found House to Home Property Management to be a huge breath of fresh air. There is no comparison really. The attention to detail, the regular updates, inspection reports with photos, and communication is second to none. Almost zero vacancy with all of our properties over the years we have had them manage for us. From professional photos being taken with the property, to great advertising/listings, and a thorough tenant selection process, it is very low maintenance and seamless for us. I trust them 100% and rarely have to communicate with them about our properties, as we just let them manage everything as if it is their own property. I have referred lots of clients to them, who have had similar results. I can't recommend Rebecca and her team highly enough. You get what you pay for when it comes to Property Managers.

As a tenant I can not speak more highly of Rebecca and H2H. Rebecca was our property manager for almoat 6 years. She has always been reliable with any maintenance issues and the trades have been great as well. Rebecca was so quick to act and assist us to find a new property at short notice when we needed it.
