Pathetic service, what’s the point in booking appointments and being made to wait over 1.5 hours after appointment time, while 8 other people walked in after me and saw doctors before me… awful awful place to get treated and to have to wait, their toilets are absolutely disgusting for a doctors aswell.. pathetic and dirty is all I can describe this place as

Have to give this rating because as a doctor should be polite and patient with the patients. Instead the GP was rude in talking and always in hurry. I will not recommend anyone to this place.

Terrible clinic, they got my son mixed up with another child and gave us a script with the other child’s details (DOB, Medicare card, address) and gave the other family my sons details. I was horrified because there are safety concerns regarding my son that the clinic knew about too! When I rang and went in to ask what had happened they told me it was my fault!They wouldn’t even apologise or anything for this until I filed an official complaint!

I'm not sure what's changed in the last few months but it's not good. It was a good place, quick to be seen, could get a script over the phone. No longer can do that, and when I go in I'm now waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a simple piece of paper, and there's something weird going on where multitudes of people get seen before me even though they came in way after I did. Shame

Booked an appointment for covid vaccine booster and 1 hour later we were still waiting. My partner approached the receptionist several times and was advised to wait. After an hour of waiting I voiced out only to find out that the receptionist didn't even submit my paperwork. The doctors were confused so was the girl at the reception. No one knew what was going on. They didn't even know why I had come there...Then in a rush they gave me the vaccine and I still can't see my certificate online.. How can one trust such a medical centre. If they can be so clumsy they could easily misdiagnose or mix records... Only time will tell. I've lost confidence in this centre and probably won't ever recommend or visit this place.There were plenty of staff and doctors around so excuses of low staff and docs is best kept to yourself mate..The issue is at management level.

$30 walk in fee on top of payment made towards clinic by Medicare. Absolutely disgusting practice to implement at a health clinic, especially in such a lower socio-economical area during a time of inflation... absolutely disgusting... Also, the lady on the phone was very rude.. I think that the clinic needs to encourage their staff to undertake personal development seminars on conducting themselves in a professional manner... I'm mortified....

I have seen a lot of medical professionals throughout my life and this clinic is the worst I have ever been to. From very long waits to rushing my appointments (even though I book a double appointment, the doctors say they don’t do that), the doctor i had seen for 3 years passed me on to another doctor as she couldn’t be bothered doing statements I required for work. I had been a patient there for 6 years and I can’t mention one good thing about this clinic. All staff are rude and unprofessional as there was several times i left in tears. They didn’t do anything for me and my condition(s) got worse.My life has improved drastically now that i see a great doctor at ANOTHER medical clinic who is professional, cares and gives me all his attention.The person representing the clinic by writing in response to these reviews i see is unprofessional and rude as well.

Absolutely useless reception staff and terrible practice management. When a doctor is sick two appointments in a row, I didn’t get notified until I showed up to the clinic or called them when my doctor didn’t call for my Telehealth appointment. Then I ask to talk to another doctor and get left on hold. Then I try to call back and get hung up on as soon as the line is picked up three times in a row. Incredibly sick of the lack of professionalism consistently displayed by this clinic.

Was lucky to do my nursing placement here! I learned a lot and know there is so much more to learn in such a large busy practice which is treating so many people.They were caring and allowed me to practice and learn in many areas without worry and we’re always happy to explain if I had any questions.Thank you to the doctors and nurses at PMC.

Pakenham Medical Clinic
I highly recommend this clinic, whilst they are often busy, the doctors and staff members are always professional and polite. Especially the reception staff, I have often seen them abused and spoken to horribly. The way the handle themselves is admirable. The doctors are also very thorough even though extremely busy. Not many places are left where you can get in on the same day. Great practice. Keep up the good work.
