Excellent experience, My regularly mechanical was book out for 2 weeks. I called up Ray at Goodyear Noosa told him my starter motor was kaput on my Nissan X-trail. I had it towed there by RACQ and Ray had it fixed within a couple of hours.. Excellent service

Have recently purchased new tyres for my Jeep and my wife’s Subaru Impreza. Price and service on both was good except when I collected the Subaru, Ray handed me a wheel nut and a broken stud which they broke during the tyre fitting. Apparently it’s my problem if they break a stud and it meant going to a mechanic and paying $70.00 to have it fixed. According to Ray it happens all the time and they’ve snapped hundreds of studs. First time in my experience it’s happened. Can’t say I’m overly happy and would factor this in on future tyre purchases.

We experienced extremely rude treatment at the hands of the receptionist at Goodyear Autocare in Noosaville, who made completely false accusations against us and bizarrely refused our business. We had been customers of Ray for 7 years, and are shocked at this treatment. I emailed Ray to ask him to call me back to discuss the matter, but he never bothered.

We bought a used car and a day later the engine light went on. They made time for us in the morning when we came in. Amazing service! Especially the young woman was super friendly and helpful!
