This is my third time buying from Belfast Sinks for my third kitchen reno. I love these sinks so much, I have one in the kitchen and another in the laundry and visitors always comment on how great they look. The quality and service is amazing, I have no complaints whatsoever.

I have worked with Belfast sinks a number of times and I have found the staff to be very helpful and responsive. Their products are unique. I would use this company again.

This should be a Zero star review but unfortunately Google does not activate the post option until you click at least one.We were looking for a specialist set of showers and taps to suit our colonial style bathroom. This company has the product but, after waiting the promised six weeks to supply the excuses started.Eventually, at the ten week mark, we given a 'loan' shower set as we had proceed to strip and rebuild our bathroom based on multiple promised deliver dates. However, we had to pay the full $4K+ for our full order. At least we now had a working shower whilst we waited the 'further two weeks'.It then took threats of legal action and EIGHT further months to get the taps and correct shower set but no bath rail. After querying where that was (and it was $400+ so not cheap) we received further promises of delivery (all missed) and a month later were offered a refund of that item. Well that was a month ago and we are still waiting with no return messages to our chasing them up via email.Do not deal with this firm. They have no ethics or integrity.

Very disappointed with lack of service, we purchased 2 sinks and 3 sink wastes. Spending $1877.00 One sink was faulty and all 3 sink wastes are faulty with the plugs not holding any water in the sinks. After much ado they finally replaced the sink but would not contribute to the $550 cost of removing the faulty sink and installing the new one. We are now out of pocket for this cost plus the cost of replacing the sink wastes! Wish I had never heard of them.

I purchased a beautiful white fluted double bowl sink from Belfast six years ago. This sink has been amazing and everyone who sees it compliments it. The tap ware was also from Belfast.

Bitterly Disappointed!!! After calling my wife every second day for two weeks to make the sale. Our items arrived one day before instillation of our kitchen despite making full payment three months prior. it was explained to us that the sink we purchased did`t include waste baskets or plugs, essential for the plumber to complete the job. We now have to wait a week without a sink or dishwasher, plus incurring further costs as we have to pay the plumber to return to finish the job with the correct parts. After investigating further we have discovered that all other suppliers of similar or same sink include these parts in there purchase price. We found their customer service to be very poor once they had made the sale. We decided not order waste and plug through them and found Restoration online who express posted item to finish the kitchen. Would not recommend copper sink company at all.

I ordered the copper butler’s sink ('small' - which isn’t that small at all! ) and was thrilled to find that once delivered, it was handcrafted solid copper. It's so beautiful and substantial, I highly recommend this line from this company if you're after a product that is going to look authentic from the start and will continue looking that way! It's great to receive something that actually meets my high expectations after buying it online.

I ordered the single fluted belfast sink and I am in love, beautiful intricate design and I was ensured I was served in the best manner there. Thank you for a good quality sink.
