We are travelling in a caravan and had a big problem because our battery management system was not working correctly, consequently we had no power. Steve managed to fit us in at short notice and fixed our issues, so we are now happily back travelling and very grateful for the terrific service. We were stunned to realise that when Steve offered to take our call at 4.30am he was serious!! Couldn’t fault the service we received and thoroughly recommend this company.

I went to get a quote for the installation of some equipment onto a new Wildtrak taken out of my old (2019 xlt). Was told that couldn’t quote on the job as I was supplying all the equipment and he couldn’t tell if it all worked. Very grumpy person

A typical example of someone who shouldn’t be in business. Lost all indicators in the rain in a 79 series and it was dangerous and scary getting there. I simply said I really need your help knowing it was just a fuse. He shrugged his shoulders and said no way. Pointed me up the road to his competitors who fixed it in under 10 minutes. First review I’ve ever written. The mans a Knob!

Not great. Not only was my problem not resolved. Additional problems were created and couldn’t be fixed by this company. Had to take my car somewhere else..

As others have mentioned, I wouldn't even bother calling or popping in with an enquiry. Steve seems to be stressed or overworked perhaps. Quite rude, a whiny ex pom?

Seems he was the only auto sparky in town that was free (I wonder why) after calling around. Decided to pop in for a chat, asked for Steve, wouldn't clarify who he was, rude to talk to. Couldn't get a rough estimate on pricing so decided to go ask around elsewhere. He's got poor reviews for a reason. 1st star for being available, 2nd star for accepting the job.

Met with an aggressive tone and no help when seeking understanding. Apparently when you do it everyday it's easy and I was supposed to understand their language of auto electrics. I took my business away as they clearly don't need it.

Called in here yesterday after calling him on Friday. We had had a fire in our camper trailer and needed repairs hoping for an insurance claim. Didn't get past the doorway. At first told Steve was out and suddenly he appeared. Told us that he wasn't interested in the job. Waffled on about how good he is and how experienced he was on our make of camper. Showed no compassion at all .Left us stranded. As we left my wife was crying. As others have said. 'Steve is a knob'. He must be making too much money!
