Management are extremely unhelpful, arrogant, at times it felt uncomfortable as the staff make you and any of your visitors feel as if your doing something wrong.Rooms are very outdated and dirty as is the bathroom. No screen on the windows. AC needs replacing and the wifi not working. Not a family friendly motel. If you have children best you don't stay here.

Rather stay anywhere else but here.Potentially life's are being put at risk.1. in the case the front entrance is not safe to leave through eg.. if there's a fire or other incident that you need to evacuate for through the back, your are unable to as the gate out the fire exit doors is chained.2. It's outdated, dirty carpet, mattresses, curtains and bathroom.3. The Price of the room is advertised to include WiFI after speaking to guests who have stayed previously and the reviews on here. It seems as though it's advetised as wifi included but they don't have wifi they want to give guests.Very arrogant staff members. Who seem quite noisy.

My daughter (2.5) and I were placed in this motel for emergency accommodation. At first, things seemed okay and I was even commended on my ability to be respectful and abide by all rules until I was taken in to a room alone by the property owner and told I had been smoking in my room as they found an ashtray. I was placing my butts in my own ashtray as there wasn’t one provided outside. I was berated and belittled by the owner which reduced me to tears then moved upstairs. My belongings were moved for me without my knowledge and they threw away my food items from the fridge instead of transferring them to the new room. My door has no chain on it and when housekeeping enter the room due to no answer (if you’re sleeping, showering or in the toilet) they do not lock the door behind them. I am now left feeling uncomfortable, unsafe and afraid that I’m going to be evicted every time I see a staff member. Do not book here willingly especially if you have children.

Vile.Whilst staying at the Lindy lodge I had them break into my car to move it so they could allow access for a gardener to fix and fence and tidy a garden bed.I had a very expensive $3000 handbag and other items go missing from my belongings and even had them move all my belongings from one room to another while I wasn’t there as I had Covid and was asked to stay else where until isolation was over. The owner David came across as smart and charming however when confronted about breaking into my car and his own worker admitting it was him who asked the worker to do so he quickly turned and the police are now involved.I would recommend staying there if u like cold stiff blankets, fake and rude staff, being around others who are out of domestic violent relationships and the homeless as that is who they cater for as beggers can’t be choosers.

My family and I stayed here earlier this year (some of us for a few months others for a few days) whilst my little brother had spinal surgery. Not one of us could fault a single part of this motel. The rooms were cosy and well kept. The food they served in the dining area was perfect. But the absolute best part were the wonderful staff members. From day 1 we were welcomed and made to feel right at home. They went out of their way to help in any way possible. They were just as concerned on operation day as we were and had tears of joy when they heard everything went well- Even visiting our little trooper in hospital post operation and bringing him a cheer up gift. You will never find more special people than those that run this place. Will definitely be back when i am that way next!

When we booked to stay the night of 20th July this year we were reassured that if there was a Covid lockdown our money would be fully refunded. We therefore went ahead and booked, lockdown happened so we cancelled and in spite of repeated requests our money was not returned. Very disappointed.

I was put here for emergency accomodation. People break the rules. Smoke ciggies and pot in their room it goes thro all the air vents and all in everyone’s rooms. Manager didn’t really care until the smoke alarm went off. Rooms are clean but cleaners smell like ciggies. Spent $40For food in dining room to be given some weird stuff I didn’t order. Manager is nice. Told me not to make friends for my own safety. Walls are filthy , holes in walls , fly screens pushed out due to people smoking in their rooms. With a lot of money , time and renovations this could be bought back to a decent place and chose wisely who they have there but I don’t recommend at all and do not have children there.

Would give zero stars if I could, I Had a friend staying there for emergency housing reasons, house keeping would constantly just enter her room, wifi wouldn’t work, moved her rooms after getting told by the owner of the property that she had been breaking the rules all because other people had pointed the finger at her when she had done nothing wrong the new room had a bad bed where she could feel the springs and had been placed up Stairs with her toddler where they obviously put people who don’t seem to care about rules as they can smell not only cigarettes and pot constantly, in the room she was place was no chain on the door no phone or lamp in the room as she had been placed upstairs it ment she has to leave her very expensive pram down stairs as she could not lift it and carry it up and down the stairs every time she had to leave.Everytime she sees all bar two of the staff members her anxiety goes through the roof as she is now made to feel unwelcomed and is waiting to be told she is no longer allowed to stay there for somthing she hasn’t done. Her and her toddler are there for there own safety reasons and she has now been made to feel unsafe in a place she has to call home atm
