Professionnel, courteous one time and very easy on the eye ;)I called Joolz after hours as I had a blocked toilet. Joolz was friendly over the phone and was able to be at my house within the hour :)The boys put there fancy Camera into the drain pipe and we found out my toddler had flushed a soft toy down.I received the invoice the next day and it was what I thought fair and reasonable.I would definitely recommend Joolz and Pure Plumbing!

Did a bathroom and laundry renovation with Pure Plumbing. Joolz and the boys were great to deal. Daniel went above and beyond with the ‘rough in’ to make sure everything was exactly right for the build. Will was brilliant to deal with, always on the phone whenever I needed & ensured the job was completed to the highest standard. Nothing was to hard for PP. Got their number on speed dial for all future plumbing work.

Contacted Pure Plumbing to update my Bathroom recently and Joolz did a fantastic job. We live in Richmond and had 3 toilets, 3 basins, 3 mixers replaced which included replumbing and some wall and floor tiling. The pricing was reasonable and everything we agreed on was done perfectly. Joolz was punctual and also help to organise other contractors. The whole job was done to a very high standard and within 2 days which was amazing. Thank you Joolz and we'll definitely be in touch again for future plumbing requirements.

The guys from Pure Plumbing saved me thousands of dollars worth of potential damage by responding quickly and addressing a major blockage restricting all water flow from showers, sinks, and toilets.The high tech equipment provided was a great bonus to have a full understanding what and where the blockage was to prevent future incidents.Since then have used them for additional work including the installation of a water filter and cooler station.
