Paid more than $1000 (labour and parts included) for a logbook service for a Corolla. Subpar experience. Faulty lights were not noticed by the staff and were not fixed at all the first time around.Went there again on the day after and specifically point out the faulty lights, but one of the lights was still not working after that.Staff did not bother to inform me that the light was still faulty when I picked up the car for the second time, nor were they upfront that they cannot fix potential electrical wiring problems.Would have given 4 stars if staff was upfront about it. I wouldn't mind if they couldnt get it fixed, but it is very disappointing that they did not bother to inform me until I gave them a phone call.Staff is friendly though, hence 2 stars rather than 1.

I took my car in to be serviced and returned several hours later to be told that it didn't need a service.In a world where dishonesty seems so commonplace, it was so unexpected and refreshing to not be taken advantage of by being told that a mechanic had gone over my vehicle and found nothing needed to be done.Furthermore, the staff had flushed the air con for me for no charge as I'd mentioned the stale smell when I handed over the keys.I will definitely be returning here and can highly recommend MyCar at Braddon.

These guys are legends! I have been going there for the past 3 years and no complaints at all. They always deliver a great service! Besides that, I remember once when I had to do a big service due to my car had reached 200.000km on the clock, and they had gave me a quote, but in the end was much cheaper than expected because they said that the car was fine in certain aspects which shows their honesty. I highly recommend to everyone!! Thanks for the amazing work that you always deliver. Cheers.

I would like to give Michael a big thank you what a gentleman, I had 2 globes out in 14 seater van and he fitted them without charge and was very helpful. Also pointed me in the right direction to fit rear vision mirror. Good to see there still is good customer service out there

My boot wouldn’t close because the rubber had worn and the locking mechanism seemed to have a problem. Caleb fixed it quite quickly while I waited, then wouldn’t accept any money from me for his work. Outstanding customer service at this place. Several days later, the boot lock is still functioning perfectly.

Visited Canberra for a day and had an emergency near closing time. My oil indicator popped up and I was concerned about driving all the way back to Sydney without checking it out. Luckily the guys at mycar were happy to help. They checked my oil levels, noticed that I was almost completely out (!) and then filled me up and sent me on my way. I was in and out in 15 mins and all at no cost. Very friendly and forgiving and super generous. Thanks guys. You are life savers!

What a difference a few weeks or a change of personnel makes! Previously had Connor help me and he was great so I booked in car with him again for minor item to be fixed for 8am this morning. The bloke on duty was so rude, said he couldn't take the car, already had seven booked in. When I explained I had spoken to his colleague and was told to bring in this morning he became even more aggressive and said I don't care what you were told" and basically implied I should just get out

Car broke down and had to be towed via mycar roadside assist to Braddon. Even though they had a ton on there plate, Caleb & Mikey (I think they were the names) diagnosed the issue quickly and were able to get my car back to me that day. They looked after me with the price as my car was only just in another branch who clearly overlooked the issue. Even though I'm in Harrison I'm absolutely coming back here!

Essential Plus Service - the staff at mycar Braddon were helpful, knowledgable and friendly. They had my car serviced and ready on time by 1pm as requested. Have used mycar on numerous occasions previously and will continue to do so. The workmanship is always good.

I had an unexpected car emergency last week and was able to make it to my local mycar in Braddon. I showed up without an appointment with a car in a bad way and Connor and the team were so helpful. They were honest about the condition it was in and some possible outcomes and held on to the car to do the repairs. I was kept informed throughout the process and now have my car back, running smoothly again. Definitely recommend!
