Optus Shepparton

Had great service from Andrea at the store today. Helped me set up my laptop with internet.

Shepparton Optus. Doesn’t even deserve one star I’m absolutely disgusted over the service I’ve had from here everytime I go in! 2 weeks ago I ordered a new NBN service and I wanted the higher model one just to be told I don’t need it and then I go in to pay my bill but because it’s now direct debit I couldn’t do it so I had to call another Optus store just so they could help me out on how to do it online I asked to speak to management just to be told she was the manager.Shepparton Optus if you cannot treat customers with respect or do something that takes 5 mins you don’t deserve to have a job.

Half my data went missing in the first hour of the start of the month and the call centre keeps hanging up on me refusing to get the problem sorted have spent nearly 6 hours on the phone over 2 days not happy with the service they told me Friday they would sort it and have left me a message saying there replacing my sim and tried to transfer to pre paid from a plan this company is becoming a mess they can't Evan find my file everything I call I spend 1 hour waiting for them to try and verify me

It was awesome this morning at the fryers Street optus store thank you for setting up Micheals phone for him and great customer service from the young gentleman who served us sorry forget his name but Michael is very happy with it thanks again terrific work. Michelle."

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sales team were rude and no knowledge. Was told to ring their service line over the most basic of questions. Returned several times to speak to manager, apparently he's was never there. Thank you for nothing Shepparton optus team.

What a load of garbage can NOT ring Shepparton store to speak to a real person. Looks like they do not want me as a new customer or to buy new phone !!!!!

Worse shop in the world, I went in to get some information on my mobile phone that I bought from Optus on line instead of helping me they deleted all my contracts and the next thing which the staff unable to solve told me to throw the phone into the bin. Further the girls told me they are not Optus, that they just use the name and not being paid by Optus. I have complained this issue to the company. No action been taken . Very disappointed in Optus. Since my phone still on contract also shopping around will change provider soon.

Absolutely outstanding professional, friendly customer service from Anthony. He gave us all the time and information we needed to ensure we received the new phone and phone plan that suited us. Thank you.

Was misleading, didn’t seem to completely understand the plan she was selling. Told me 240mbs would be satisfactory after I explained I only needed 50mbs. I had to ask to see my contract after she would only show me page one, didn’t explain anything or go the the options available. I was told the service would be ready when I got home but had to call to be told I needed a technician out. Was told my home router is not compatible with the speed I’d choose and would need to buy one through them. Terrible experience, already cancelled the service. Lucky I understood already what I needed, an older or less informed person would definitely have been taken advantage of. Disgusting

The store is over packed with customers and there's no staff. Some people have been waiting here for over an hour. Needs more employees.
