Australia Post - Tahmoor LPO

I've sat by the door and waited for packages to be delivered multiple times just to find a slip in my mail box, whoever delivers the mail NEVER knocks, just writes a slip and leaves. Do I seriously need to sit on my driveway now or what? Also when going in the middle aged lady is rude and intimidating.

Now you can only pickup parcels after 4pm. Don’t know if they can even do that, they close at 5 but usually close early. Not happy

I had a parcel delivered here on 21nd Jan 2021 & was sent a conformation by Australia post to collect by the 29th Jan 2021, when i went to collect on the 29th Jan 2021 i was told they had sent it back to the sender on the 25th of Jan 2021. i have asked numerous times where it has gone and all the response i get from the rude reception staff is i don't know

Unpleasant person at the reception !!!Why can we collect our packages after 4 hours? Super practical when working in the evening and on weekends.. They dont care about your parcels and if you can get them or not!No comments..

You deserve no stars !!!!Absolutely disgusting, , disturbing and top it off aggressive .This is the worst post office I have ever come across . They make up their own rules . Huge power trippers should not be in customer service especially for Auspost . ALL staff try to intimidate customers . The rudeness is too much all locals are fed up with their behaviour.They hold your parcel even when it says awaiting collection . 2-3 staff members in such a small lpo in rural area act like they are big city lpo that can’t handle the work load .I hope you read this and auspost see this because you guys don’t deserve to be operating the way you do .Absolutely disgusting serviceYou all are the most unprofessional, rude and unfriendly people I have ever had to deal with .Locals are fed up !!! just wow on all the people I talk to have all the same thing to say about you all and yep the reviews reflect thatAuspost needs to look into what you all are doing and how you all are treating the locals especially the elderly .

Nothing gets delivered so you are forced to go into the shop if you can get there before they close early. They put 4.45 pm for the pick up after" time then close early. The middle aged woman is abusive

I took a parcel with a APost printed return labelled parcel with bar code to be posted..I was told rudely by the MAN employee of AP he couldn't help me..Bar code doesn't work.( APs bar code)Took parcel to Bargo PO..No problem!! This male employee of AP is known by locals to be rude..
