I had a great experience here on Sunday. Really helpful guys and so much cheaper to get a new battery and screen repair than other places I’ve been to before, and it only took 20 mins. I got a screen protector too and it only cost $20, so far so good. I’ll go back there.

Unfortunately had a bad experience here. Took a Samsung tablet in with a headphone jack that had snapped off inside the headphones hole. They offered $20 to repair or free. Great, no risk! Came back, they couldn't repair it. Took it to another repair place and they said V Fix Mobile had mangled the headphone hole so much, he wouldn't touch it. Do not recommend!

Buyer Beware :Purchased an overpriced screen protector for 39 dollars . Protector cracked within one week despite not being dropped . Shop didn’t offer a replacement .Question all the fake reviews on here and go somewhere else .

I had my phone screen replaced not even 3 months ago, not only do they use dodgy parts but they also do not honor warranty.Under no circumstances should you get your phone repaired here. My screen has dead pixels and weird splodges which they refused to replace. Please save yourself the trouble and money and have your screen replaced properly at the apple store. The reason why this place will only provide a 3 month warranty is because their product will only last that long.Based on the poor reviews on google alone will be reporting this business to fair trading.Further update - the phone screen was assessed by apple and they have advised me its a defective product. The screen eventually started to fall off my phone so now I’ve have to have the screen replaced by apple anyway.I can almost guarantee all the positive reviews here are from their own mates. Dont trust what you read.

Very professional service. My phone screen was smashed, the guys were really speedy and helpful, they only took 15min to fix that! Also got a phone case and cable there, very good design and quality. Highly recommended!

had my phone screen replaced less than 2 months ago, and i was suspect immediately as the screen was sometimes unresponsive even on the first day. at this stage it has stopped working, and due to a small crack on the screen i was unable to get it replaced or refunded (expressed rudely might i add). cheap materials of poor quality, and a waste of $250

Broke my iPhone 7 early in the morning, couldn't see anything on the screen, took into apple in the Sydney apple store, unbelievably tried to charge me over $500 for the repair and told me it would not be fixed today! I wouldn't even buy the phone for that much. Thank god I found these guys at SP Mobile Warriewood, Kelvin and Tony repaired my screen in less than half hour for $130 and gave me a screen protector for free, amazing company, amazing service! Top Blokes, will recommend to any of my family or friends

when Apple store gave up on my broken phone, VFix managed to get the data restored. VFix even offered to keep my recovered data for over a month with them as im abroad.Technically sound with good service. Highly recommend.

I am so grateful that we have these guys at our local shopping centre. I've been going there since they first moved in and they have always been helpful, honest and efficient. Always the best value and great advice. I recently purchased a screen protector there for my new phone and it bubbled later that day. I went back to ask if they could please just realign it and they replaced it immediately, without question or charge. I would always recommend them.
