It is your stock standard regional Kmart. Stocks of some items are very limited others non-existent. There is not a lot of choice in clothing, which is a bit disappointing. Anything out of the ordinary has to be ordered online. It can be collected at the store but wait times vary wildly. Overall many people shop here because there isn't much choice around town.

Went to Kmart Geraldton on Friday 13th Jan 2023.We travelled 400km return trip .I wanted to purchase 2 Anko Air Fryers, there was none on the shelf So I asked the assistant if they had any. She went and asked another assistant and he said we have a pallet of them upstairs and I asked if we could get 2.He said we aren't putting them on the shelf till next.Explained we had travelled and he just said sorry no can do.Very disappointed with the service from Kmart staff.

Generally low to medium prices. Have found that the kmart brand of clothing (boys) tends to shrink a little when washed. Range and colours for boys clothing was very limited. The main reason for 2 star rating was checkout experience - the self serve checkouts were difficult to use or not working at all with my most recent experience constantly requiring operator assistance through no fault of mine - and why have checkouts in the centre of the store?? The staff member at store entry / exit cannot possibly check your items if you've done a big shop

Do not do your Christmas shopping here! No personal cashier - only automated checkouts where you have to call over the 1 assistant (poor operator was run off her feet) every second item for assistance. Shame on you Kmart.

The staff are nice. But I think having the checkouts in the middle of the store is hopeless. It is tough on the checker at the front. It encourages shoplifting, and it happened right in front of my wife when a group worked together.

I had just brought some candles today, and the only bag that were available were paper. After I had paid and left, the paper bag broke and and the candle had smashed onto the floor.

Ladies underwear is a disaster. It looks like a whirlwind has gone off in there. The sizing is all the wrong fit. I cant buy any of them.The electronic kitchenwear is very depleted with only on show stock on the shelves when i asked staff when they are likey to get more i was told they get stock daily but have no control or idea what the stock is or when certain stock is to arrive.Clothing only comes in one or two of anything with bigger sizes disappearing immediately. I have to go to Joondalup kmart for clothes as they have more and better stock. Its 450 ks away.
