Been in a few times, always something not right with rooms. AC not working, no shower curtain, no spare power points had to buy extension lead and double adaptor, other rooms had spare points.

Staff are GREAT! Helpful, happy to answer any questions, & DAMN the brisket is GOOD! My only possible improvement would be to expand the crib feed options? Rooms have always been very well kept, & most of them have pretty decent blinds for those of us doing nights too!

Newbie to camps here. Wasn't sure what to expect as you can hear some horror stories about camps, but found my stay enjoyable.Food was great with a good selection. The few different rooms I had were always clean and tidy. Mini bar fridge, air con always worked well.Great gym facilities, although the few times I went there were no towels available for your work out.

I needed to move out to rent a house locally instead of staying here due to the mowing in the middle of the day during nightshift, the constant slamming of doors during cleaning throughout the day. The leaking aircons(if they worked) straight onto the beds. The wait for laundry due to half the machines not working. The food was usually good 3 days a week. I mostly had weet-bix for breakfast and dinner every night.Staff was friendly though...

Rooms are dirty and mouldy. Paper thin doors, the trains, lawnmowers, always something broken, extremely old mattresses. Food is worst i have come across in a camp, crib is same old dry cakes just different coloured icing for an example. Breakfast is the worst. Eggs are either raw or rubber and bacon, sausages are burnt and cold or undercooked and cold. I Have never been so crook from food especially the fish on Fridays. Staff are usually friendly. Milk in a drink dispenser is a bit questionable and dont think they clean it out. No syrup for soft drink machine for months. If you want people to stay, fix the issues.

If you enjoy the same crib options for 2 years in a row this place Is for you , Is bacon that's been cooked hours before serving and left to turn to jerky in the warmer your thing with a side if salmonella eggs your type off breakfast here's yous place. Mouldy half cleaned rooms yep they got em . Not enough car parking or laundry facilities for the amount of rooms this is the place

Arrived and was given a room that wasn't fit for human accommodation. Room had lots of mold everywhere. I brought this to the attention of management and was given a room that was fit for human accommodation. Was promised feedback. But was never given

Newlands district Camp 4 - 2020.Good size rooms with en-suites.Cleaners & Cooks work tirelessly to keep Happy Campers. Always a friendly greeting & a Big Smile. Management must be very proud. Could do with more comfy mattresses though.

Food quality is below average, room cleanliness poor, mold in bathroom and aircon broken. Still not the worst mining camp but getting close. Gym is decent and wet mess is good.
