Well I needed to send a heavy painting and frame from Queensland to Perth and decided to try out the services of Pack & Send and I am so pleased I did. From the first telephone conversation to dropping off the painting, it was a good experience. The team went way above and beyond to help me send my expo material to Sydney. First time doing this so really didn’t understand the ins and outs and ways to cut down costs of delivery. Right from the start - picking up - packing - posting I could not fault the operation of this business. Mark and Suzanne kept me advised as to the action taken regarding my parcel including advising me of its delivery and who took possession of the parcel. A very professional operation.

This year, sending freight has been incredibly challenging, particularly sending goods overseas.Suzanne works consistently to provide updates and information to reduce the stress of timely deliveries.
