For some reason, my sim card slot was jammed and I couldn't get it open. I went to another place at Canelands who wanted to charge me $45 just to open it so I went walking around and found this place.The 2 people that were working were very helpful, professional and have great customer service. And they didn't charge me to open my sim card slot. Within a few moments it was opened and I was one very happy person.Based on this I will return to buy any products etc that I need for my mobile phone.I had visited the store on 29 December 2022.
