Ordered a double quarter pounder through the drive thru. When I opened it up once I got back to work there appears to be a bite taken out of one of the patty’s. Disgusting.

I purchase coffee every morning and meals a few times a week for kids or Chicken Ceasar salad for myself. At least once a week the order we receive in the bag is wrong. I arrive back at work or home to find it's wrong. Pretty frustrating to pay for items and they are not there or just wrong. Who can be bothered to drive back 5 mins after getting back to work, to get the grilled chicken put onto your ceasar salad you paid $3 for. Its seems meanial, but everytime this happens McDonalds gets my money and I loose out. Or I drive home 30mins and kids meals are wrong. Surely with all the systems in place this shouldn't be happening so frequently. Staff need further training I guess.

Thought I asked for a very simple order.Sausage patty with a piece of cheese on top.The kitchen has obviously put the cheese in first and once the patty was ready, slapped it on top, thus melting the cheese to the box and is now a complete waste followed by a tantrum for the toddler it was intended for. Thanks for nothing.

Sad and upset to say I had a crispy chicken wrap on Sunday, I was asked to waite in the waite as they needed to cook me a fresh one , I only waited approx 4 or 5 minutes ,it was very tough chicken and fell apart from all the sauce on the wrap , a few hrs later I became unwell and felt awful , I went to bed only to wake up with vomiting diarea, and followed by extremely sharp stomach pains, I know it was food poisoning because I only had tea and toast for breakfast that day and had skipped dinner the night before , such a shame that in these times with such strict food safety laws that a place like maca,s can serve food like this , obviously they did not cook me a fresh one as I was told but simply reheated an old one , shame on you.i was sooo sick and ended up in casualty with a fluid drip for dehydration

Food is typical McDonald's. Always decent. But this McDonald's in particular always seems to stuff orders up. They always forget things. The inside is always disgusting too.

Consistently disappointing and more often than not it’s an incomplete order or poorly prepared food. You don’t expect much fro McDonald’s so it’s actually impressive how this store managers to disappoint you time and time again.

I think I've only ever gotten 2 dry double cheeseburgers in the year of going here. Otherwise there burgers seem really fresh and it's only there fries that seem to be the issue. I use to prefer McDonald's fries over KFC but now I prefer KFC over McDonald's fries but that's only here in Murwillumbah ibve gotten fries from other locations and they have been great.

So my partner and I have been coming to this Maccas for 2 years now as our main fast food joint and I've decided to finally come with a review for it.Unfortunately 9/10 times we've come here, they've messed up our order. The burgers will be low grade or they'll forget something in our order that we've paid for. A few months ago my partner ordered the Jalapenos poppers and we got the sauce for it, but no Jalapenos? We had already gotten home by that point and couldn't be bothered to go back out and fix it. A few other times they've forgotten our nuggets or the sauces for the nuggets.Tonight I ordered a burger meal and nuggets for my partner, as I got home I noticed we had no nuggets and I've tried calling the store about 8 times now and no one has answered and I don't want to go back out as I've worked all night so I've basically had $11 stolen from me as I'm sure they won't believe me if I go in tomorrow and ask for a refund or a replacement.Definitely the worst Maccas I've ever been to. I'd highly recommend avoiding it if possible but if you can't, just double check the bag before leaving to make sure they haven't messed it up as always.
