Bad service.. I had to call back 3 times in 5 days to get an answer. They said they had my details and would get back to me . They never did... I done all the work and they then over priced me. Bad Business. I would not go there unless it was the last place on earth, and don't see that happening. Karen out!!

M.B./Silver Star Service Center couldn't help me.. Couldn't find the part around Sydney..., but in Latvia! Van works saved the day! Super quick post and in time for a big studio move. Yeah thank you

Every time I enquire about parts, the staff are always knowledgeable and courteous. Parts are sent out in a timely manor and the one time I've been there, the parts were waiting on the counter for me when I arrived. It's my go to place for van parts

Been back twice, never had a problem with their work. One of the few mechanics I trust with my motorhome who haven't ripped me off. Definitely recommend.

bought a lwb sprinter off them which had problems from day one - although they spent time fixing warranty issues, they repeatedly failed to identify and fix some issues subsequently identified by other mechanicsthe worst case was the vehcile stopping for no apparent reason, they identified it as a starter motor and charged appropriate rates for it. problem occurred on the way home - so within 30 mins of leaving the yard..when I took it back I asked for the original starter motor (as they also never provided original parts for evidence when components replaced) so that I could have it tested. they subsequently replaced the new starter with my old starter and said that they couldn't identify the fault. it took longer to swap the starter motor the second time around and I was charged labor again which after deduction of the new starter left me $450 approx worse off and with no solution as they insisted on charging lab despite no fixThey didn't discuss what they were doing, so I discovered that they had swapped new for old after it had been done. So $450 for no fix.No discussion with the customer despite me being stuck in the waiting room for 4 hrs etc..I discussed this particular problem with an ex ambo mechanic who identifed the problem straight away and indicated that there was never any justification for pulling the starter motor and replacing it. the subsequent fix was less than $200 incl labourwhen discussed with consumer affairs I was advised that with all the problems identified and fixed the vehicle should have been returned for a full refund as it was fundamentally not fit for roadworthy compliance in the condition it was stated to be and as sold - my mistake was to continue to give them the benefit of the doubt despite a whole raft of advice to recover my money and give the vehicle back.as a further example, when I asked for a detailed list of all problems identified and fixed they couldn't give me a list which correlated with a history of emails and discussions held over the period of ownership. I'd discussed the need to have a complete history of faults and fixes for insurance purposes over a 4 month period, so they had more than ample time to record problems properly- and record them as they occurredIn the first 28 weeks of ownership the vehicle was in the workshop for 20 weeks in total, faulty injectors, faulty injector seals, 4 turbos replaced, black death"

Very irresponsible staff and mechanics. I have visited them to inspect my van in February 2020. Mechanic checked and advised me to replace ad blue reductant heater to fix the dashboard signs. They told me they order the parts and call me back in few weeks but nobody call me back yet. I have called them at reception 3-4 times for follow up but they took my number and requested to recall.

I received a warm welcome and was very pleased that I had chosen them to service my ex-hire motorhome. Their service records were more complete than the ones that the fleet operator (for whom they are the preferred supplier of services on the VW & M/Benz marques) had supplied me; this saved me repeating work that had already been carried out. All involved had a high level level of product knowledge which was applied diligently with professional competence. I was very well informed on the work as it was carried out and was impressed by their decision making in what were the next priority items to consider. Having recently retired from the automotive industry and physically unable to do all of the work myself I am confident in my choice of service provider. Clive's vehicle operating tips, which aligned with my own experiences, were proven correct on the first 2000km trip.
