Fast professional service. The process started Friday afternoon and by Wednesday I was receiving my Ford Ranger and driving it away. Mark who did my finance for my 2020 Ford Ranger went over and beyond to get the deal done. Mark was an absolute professional who made the process, smooth and effortless. He worked over time on a Saturday and got it approved. Nick the salesman wasn’t a pushy salesman, but a real genuine bloke. Easy going guy who insured all things were taken care of. All I wanted was to get a vehicle and drive it away with no fuss and nothing hidden. All transparent and explained to in terms I could understand.Mark and Nick went over and beyond to get the deal, when other car yards that I enquired with, languished with a lack of urgency.OMG, Oh My Goodness, they the real deal and I will not hesitate to take my business back there. Keep it up good lads.

Booked in for a timing belt change, as a first time customer, after I got home from dropping the car off, I get a call saying the mechanic who was doing the job called in sick. They promptly brought my car home and I made a booking for later in the month. Hopefully it gets done next time.

Booked service for 8.30am. I said on three separate occasions, including when the car was dropped off at 8.05am, that I would wait until the service was finished. I was told the service would take approx one hour. I returned at 9.05 to see the car parked near the driveway, which I assumed meant that the service had been completed. After asking whether the car was ready I was told to wait 10 mins while the paperwork was finalised. At 9.15 after checking again I was told the service hadn’t commenced. I asked to speak to the manager and was given no adequate explanation for the car not being serviced after handover at 8.05am. Nor did I receive an appropriate apology. I can only assume that Subaru would be disappointed that such poor service reflects on them. I am eagerly awaiting the survey from Subaru.

The worst experience with a motor dealership . They don't deserve the trust of a customer as they do not trust the customer. I was met with an arrogant and unprofessional service department. Phoebe and Josh were very rude. No respect for customers time. I I was booked twice to fix a moon roof malfunction for my Nissan car. The car is still under warranty. The first time,, they had the car for a day and could not fix it. They said they needed to contact Nissan Sydney for advice and will get back They never did. After 4 calls , and repeated explanation , they booked another time for a service.Loan car was provided with an excess of $5000 .My car was never repaired despite being under warranty. They called me twice and were very rude over the pone and they asked me to agree to pay $688 ( just in case they think this was not covered by the warranty ,citing potential water leakage caused by a damage antenna despite that they saw no water leakage and were speculating. How competent!. I agreed to pay if they found water leakage or if there is a reason for the warranty to be void. But they had no trust in this and did not do any diagnostic inspection. Phoebe and Josh were extremely rude. They provided no time frame to finish the work. . I was told that it can take days just to find out what was wrong. No repair parts were booked and that it can take weeks to get parts from Melbourne. They never did any repair or diagnosis and told me that I am welcomed to find another dealer.I am complaining to Nissan Australia and regret being a customer to this group.
