Bridgestone Service Centre Caboolture Closed - (Please see Bridgestone Service Centre Burpengary)

Not happy at all.. Called Bridgestone 13 number from Caboolture, press 1 for this and 2 for that, then asked to enter my post code so entered 4510 for the nearest store, and was put through to very helpful and courteous guy who quoted me a good price on some tyres and booked it in for next morning. Turned up and manager comes out to tell me tyres are not $130 as quoted but now $159 same tyre, Obviously went elsewhere, and spent more but clearly more honest people. Very poor service indeed

They got me in quickly on the same day but I had to explain that I did not want to have the worn back tyres rotated to the front and just to swap them over. I shouldn't have to explain this to a tyre service centre front counter

Just missed closing time as i was looking through Petstock to pass time.By the time i got over the road they were all locked up and so was my car. Disapointed that they did not call me as soon as it was ready. I was stuck sittting there until 6.30pm trying to work out how I was getting home.

Happy to email anyone my experience here if they ask, backed up with paperwork. I also hope I can 'review my review' to a better rating, if Bridgestone can deal with the issues I have, in an efficient and in a convenient way, given I've spent $2k on Bridgestone brand tyres and four plus hours of my time trying to get things fixed, yet I still have wobbles in my car at high speed and wasn't offered their advertised $100 cash back promotion.

Aaron and co mechanic thank you so much for everything you did my car has never ever driven so good, both Aaron and the other gentleman went above and beyond to keep me informed, and I didn't even have to sell my first born for the repairs... Definately will return, hopefully later rather than sooner, a weight has been lifted off my shoulders

Was booked for 8am to get rear tyres rotated, wheel alignment and fix my hand brake. 1st impression were not good as staff to open the store were a few minutes late. My car has directional tyres, so to rotate the rear tyres, the tyres need to be removed from rim and either swapped or flipped over, they didn’t do either of these, they just swapped the rims over which now has my tyres going the wrong way, I shouldn’t have to explain directional tyres to a shop that specialises in tyres, I arrived back at the shop at 12, saw my car on the hoist, sat there for 2hours and nobody had touched it, then was told at 2pm that they wouldn’t have time to sort the hand brake out as there mechanic finishes at 2pm on Thursday (car had been there since 8am)and that I could just book it for next week, aahhh NOI’ll take me business elsewhere, terrible customer service, 3 jobs booked to be done, car there for 6 hours, only the alignment was done properly

Dropped in this morning for a tyre repair on my daughter's car. Didn't book it in but not a problem. Speedy service tyre done in 20minutes. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended

Dayton 225 45 r18 $159 price at Bridgestone. Can buy the tyre online or in-store on the Bridgestone site book appointment at any store and have fitted for $159. Went into Bridgestone caboolture, no its $250 talk about getting ripped off. Life time customer and I am never going backUpdate, picked up the tyre at a nother Bridgestone store. Even got a discount off the $159.
